Listowel Races | Racecourse Guide, Help & Tips

Listowel hosts both Flat and jumps racing all year round and is a very sharp left-handed track. The track favours handy types and presents little in the way of a stamina test. Listowel's major race meeting, the Harvest Festival, which was originally known as the North Kerry Hunt Steeplechase Meeting, takes place each year in September over seven days. Both National Hunt and Flat races are run, with the Guinness Kerry National the feature race of the week. In total nine meetings take place each year with a two-day meeting every June.
