60,000 gns Blue Point colt. Bred to be above average and looked a good prospect when reeling back an experienced pair to win an 11-runner novice at Kempton (1m) on debut in September. Off since but rates a likely improver.

300,000 gns yearling, Siyouni colt. Half-brother to 1½m winner Campaign Medal and 1m winner National Park. Makes debut in a hot race but there's lots to like on paper.

€95,000 Australia colt looked in need of greater test of stamina when a staying on fifth at Kempton on debut and improved upped to 1m to win an 8-runner maiden at Kempton (9/4) 31 days ago. Had run of race there but still rates as a useful prospect.

85,000 gns gelding by Sergei Prokofiev. Half-brother to smart sort El Caballo and showed promise amidst obvious inexperience when fifth of 12 in C&D novice (15/2) on debut 35 days ago. Open to improvement.

Showed a bit of promise when seventh of 13 in a C&D maiden at Kempton in November but proved easy to back and ran below that level when eighth at Lingfield the following month. Likely better off in handicaps after this.

Turned over at odds of 8/15 on debut at Wolverhampton and still looked rough around the edges when second of 5 in novice at Lingfield (8f, all-weather, 15/2) 14 days ago. That represented a step forward on form, though, and he should progress further.

150,000 gns Sea The Stars gelding. Very green when well held at Redcar on debut and again ran to just a modest level when fifth of 6 in novice at this course (11.1f, 18/1) 14 days ago. Likely one for handicaps after this.

15,000 gns 2-y-o, Munnings colt. Dam, US 5.5f winner, half-sister to useful 2-y-o 6f winner American Apple. Not an obvious debut winner.

Held back by inexperience when well-beaten fifth of 7 in novice at C&D (8f, 50/1) on debut and might have been flattered by her proximity in a muddling race when sixth of 8 in novice at this course (7.1f, 80/1) 14 days ago.
