Smart hurdler who was turned over at short odds on his Newton Abbot chase debut/reappearance in October but made no mistake in 2½m Wincanton Grade 2 novice 3 weeks later. Well held in 3m course Grade 1 on Boxing Day but this is more his trip and the yard has a good record in this. Cheekpieces on.

Second over fences when winning a C&D handicap (good) on Boxing Day. Couldn't figure from off the pace in the traditionally-strong Timeform novice handicap at Cheltenham in January but well capable of bouncing back.

Second success since joining this yard when seeing off 6 rivals over 19.5f at Chepstow (good to firm) in October. Off since, presumably to avoid winter ground.

Course scorer who returned in top form with a 2m Ascot win in November. Creditable third of 11 in the competitive Greatwood at Newbury (2½m, good to soft) a fortnight ago. Likely to be competitive again.

Responded well to a combination of cheekpieces and an attacking ride when landing the biggest pot of his career at Ascot (19f) in December. Creditable third over 21f there next time but he was beaten 17 lengths in fourth by Califet En Vol over C&D 3 weeks ago.

Resumed progress with a ready success in 5-runner handicap at Kelso (17f, good) in October. Hasn't fired since (including well behind Califet En Vol over C&D latest) but her mark is starting to slide.
