Fairyhouse 15:15 Odds Comparison

Promising individua who got off the mark over fences when winning a 10-runner handicap chase at Leopardstown (by ½ length from Lisleigh Lad) last month. Deserved extra credit that day and, with last year's winning rider booked, he looks open to further progress.

Runner-up in this race last year off 2 lb lower mark. Won a similar event over C&D in November before excelling himself when fifth of 10 to Vanillier in cross-country event at Punchestown in February. Ran poorly over hurdles when last seen but no surprise if he were to fare better now back chasing.

A winner over both hurdles and fences this season. Shaped as if back in form when 11¾ lengths fifth of 13 to Kish Bank in conditionals handicap at Leopardstown last time. She has work to do from her present mark, but has won off a similar break before and any market support should be noted.

Inconsistent performer but ran well when ½-length second of 10 to Harbour Highway in handicap chase at Leopardstown (21.6f, soft) 32 days ago. Meets that rival on 3 lb better terms here, but got first run that day and far from certain to back that performance up.

Turned in best effort over fences to date when winning novice handicap at Limerick (by 5½ lengths from Doyen Magic) in March. Up 7 lb but that looks workable on pick of his hurdling form and booking of top lady amateur rider signals clear intent.

Fortunate when winning 13-runner handicap chase at Thurles in February (held in third when left in front after last). Ran creditably enough off 4 lb higher mark when 5 lengths fourth of 6 to Rocky's Howya in veterans event at Limerick last time, but this is tougher.

A useful hurdler that got off the mark over fences when winning a 8-runner handicap at Down Royal (by neck from Born Braver) in January. Shaped as if amiss next time and back down in trip, but form of win has been franked since and yard have a solid record with those donning first-time blinkers.

Ran one of this season's better races from 4 lb out of the handicap when 8½ lengths eighth of 16 to O'toole in listed handicap at Leopardstown last month. First-time blinkers will need to spark a full revival if he's to figure, though.

Back to form with a career-best win in 16-runner handicap chase at Thurles in February, but failed to back that up at same course next time. Hard to predict.

Enjoyed a highly fruitful 2024/25 campaign. Not hit the same heights this time hinted at a revival when 11¼ lengths fifth of 10 to Harbour Highway in handicap chase at Leopardstown last. Cheekpieces back on and rider has good recent record in this event.

Out of sorts since the summer but bounced back from similarly poor spell when runner-up in a novice at this course nearly 12 months ago. Yard going well now and hood used to good effect in the past (has finished in first 2 on 6 of 9 starts with it fitted) goes back on here.

Looked most likely winner when crashing out at the second last in a novice at Limerick in December, but hasn't gone on as expected since and there's been very little encouragement from his 2 handicap chase outings to date.

Won at Kilbeggan in May for Declan Queally but failed to match that form in 2 outings for Gordon Eliott. New yard has a decent record of reviving new recruits, but further respite from the handicapper is probably needed. Tongue strap and cheekpieces are refitted.

Stiff task when last of 4 in conditions chase at Down Royal 18 days ago. Down in the weights and this more realistic, but still hard to make a solid case for him.

Won Irish Grand National in his pomp, but has been lightly raced and largely out of sorts since. Hard to fancy.

A 4-time course winner who simply hasn't been the same since tackling the Irish National here in 2023/24, with his last 2 efforts suggesting he's completely lost his way.

Inconsistent sort on a long losing run and arrives here on the back of an unconvincing stint in cross-country races. Easy enough to look elsewhere.
