| Ran on strongly over 200mtrs shorter earlier this month when runner up to Drop The Pilot in a decent looking maiden. Seems almost certain to be far better suited by this trip. | ||||||||

| Thirteen chances so far, 9 of them this season and just the 3 places in total, none of them in her last 8 runs and becoming frustrating. Needs to improve and her only run at this track was her worst. | ||||||||

| After 21 races without success and just the 4 places connections are clearly struggling to find a race she can win. Add the poor form of the Andries Steyn yard and she is difficult to fancy again. | ||||||||

| A little headstrong on occasions but may be allowed to bowl along today at a course that suits those who race up near the pace. The drop back from 1800mtrs will help and she could surprise. | ||||||||

| Placed in three of her 1st 4 races but stopped that run when only 6th over this trip last time when only 6th to Amatori when never really seen in the race. Has place chances if that run is ignored. | ||||||||

| Anything trained by Justin Snaith needs considering and the daughter of So You Think was a superb 2nd last time over 1600mtrs when caught near the line. Trip and track seem ideal and will run well. | ||||||||

| Appears to be the Snaith second string today and hasn't shown anything of note so far to warrant support. 9.55l 10th at Kenilworth last time and will need to improve considerably on that effort. | ||||||||

| Very green on debut in May and did not improve next time when beaten 18.45l when stepped up from 1000mttrs to 1200mtrs but he did finish with a mouth injury. Step up in trip not sure to suit. | ||||||||

| Very much an educational debut at Kenilworth for the son of Var but looked as if he may need more than the 1 run to put him straight and only worth a watching brief again this afternoon. | ||||||||

| Geoff Woodruff's filly ran her best race yet when 4th to Smokey Affair last time out over 1200mtrs but showed plenty of early speed that day and may not be best over this extended trip. | ||||||||

Plenty of improvers as always headed by Justin Snaith's FIGURE OF GREY who looks certain to be suited by both the trip and the track thanks to her front-running style. She can win this with ease from Emerald Gal who does have some decent placed form but has to give 9lb to her younger rival which may be beyond her. Third could go to Arctic Green if she can be forgiven her last effort of course. |
