Encouraging start when second of 15 in maiden at Thirsk in August but pulled too hard at Brighton following month (sweated up beforehand). Subsequently gelded and well worth another chance on return.
£40,000 yearling, 1,000 gns 2-y-o, Twilight Son filly. Sister to useful 6f/7f winner Under The Twilight. Dam 6f winner. Unpopular at the sales and best watched.

Analyst's Verdict
JAZL didn't look the easiest of rides at Brighton in September but he's since been gelded and is well worth another chance to confirm debut promise at Thirsk when beaten only by a useful prospect. Starryfield is proving consistent and is feared most.
LORIKO missed a golden opportunity at Plumpton 4 weeks ago but still rates the one to beat if bouncing back to the form he displayed at Cheltenham/Ascot in the autumn. However, Katarcice has certainly showed enough in 2 starts to think he can take advantage if the selection fails to fire.

Ran to a fairly useful level in Cheltenham/Ascot hurdles back in the autumn but missed a golden opportunity when second in a weak Plumpton maiden last time. However, he's still the one to beat if back to his best. Position Prediction: 1
Trainer : Fergal O'Brien Age/weight: 6 / 11-4 Form : 32- Days off: 33Wearing : tongue strap
Runner-up last 2 starts in Irish points and having shaped encouragingly when placed sole start in bumpers, there was plenty of promise to glean from his hurdles debut second here (2m) 33 days ago. Step up in trip likely to suit on that evidence. Position Prediction: 2
