Fairly useful Flat winner who landed a gamble back from 11 weeks off in 13-runner handicap at Taunton last week by 2 lengths from Walk In The West, benefiting from the drop back in trip away from the mud. Could take some stopping faced with similar conditions under a penalty.

Sent off a big price but improved switched to a handicap in a first-time hood/tongue strap after 3 months off when 2 lengths second of 13 to Victory Shout at Taunton last week. 7 lb better off with that rival here and not taken lightly provided he gets the trip.

On a lengthy losing run but ran his best race when second of 12 here last month, off the bridle before most but sticking at it and likely to have posed the winner an even bigger problem late on but for being hampered by that one. Fancied to be in the mix again.

Placed sole start in bumpers and encouraging signs in his 3 runs in maiden/novice company. Failed to find the required improvement required switched to a handicap at Doncaster last time but it remains early days.

Back to his best when third of 13 at Taunton in January but failed to get near that level there 8 weeks later (had breathing operation), his jumping failing to pass muster. Hopes pinned on more severe headgear doing the trick.

Fair ex-French 15f hurdles winner but little to shout about for his current yard, unsurprisingly coming up short faced with such a demanding test of stamina for a juvenile at Taunton (3m) last month. Drops back in distance.

Made a lot more impact than previously when fourth of 5 in handicap at Fontwell 18 days ago. First-time cheekpieces applied to try eke out that bit extra.

Offered something to work on in maiden/novice hurdles towards the end of 2025 but ran no sort of race on handicap debut at Warwick recently. Hopes pinned on a step up in trip.

Ulysses filly who finished midfield on her only start in bumpers but has gone the wrong way since her hurdles bow. Better showing anticipated now handicapping.

Fair 1m2f winner on Flat for Rod Millman but hasn't shown anything so far over hurdles for his new yard. Sent handicapping under contrasting conditions which could bring about an improved effort.

11-year-old mare without a win in over 2 years, tailed off at Taunton earlier in the month. Hard to make a strong case for from marginally out of the weights.

Veteran is far from consistent nowadays, faring better than of late at Plumpton just over 2 weeks ago. Goes without saying he's unsure to be in that mood here.
