Much improved since a breathing operation, placed on his last 3 starts including when beaten only by the odds-on favourite in a Ffos Las novice 12 days ago. Looks to hold leading claims.

Fairly useful winner on the Flat. Hasn't matched that level over hurdles, though ran well when second in a 2½m Clonmel maiden a year ago. Well below form both subsequent outings over hurdles last spring, but he enters calculations on first start since leaving Denis Hogan.

Runner-up in a 1½m French bumper last spring. Well held in a listed bumper at Cheltenham on seasonal/stable debut, but showed aptitude for hurdling when third in a Taunton novice in February. Lesser effort at Huntingdon last time, though it still remains early days for him.

Fair maiden on the Flat but only modest form in a pair of maiden hurdles at the turn of the year. Produced best effort on the level when runner-up in a 2m Kempton handicap in February, though may be more one for handicaps in this sphere after another run.

Fair handicapper on the Flat at up to 2m, winning 3 times last year for George Boughey. Tailed of on hurdling/stable debut but showed more when third in a C&D novice 22 days ago, albeit no match for a couple of useful types.

Mahler gelding. Dam unraced. Multiple point winner who finished second of 3 on his latest outing early this month. Wears hood for belated Rules debut, but he's one to note with good-value claimer on board.

Third in an Irish point in January but looks to be being brought along gradually over hurdles, making little impact on her second run when eighth of 11 in novice over this C&D 22 days ago.

Fairly useful form at best on Flat but went the wrong way last year and, after 5 months off, ran to just a poor level when fourth of 6 in juvenile event at Fakenham on hurdles bow 18 days ago. This run should reveal more.

Always behind in a pair of bumpers and it was a similar story on her first start over hurdles, last of 9 in novice over this C&D 13 days ago.

Has looked one for the longer term in his 3 outings so far, well held first 2 starts before falling at the third in novice at Ffos Las 12 days ago.

Had been placed on second of 2 starts in points but little encouragement sent hurdling when pulled up in 2¾m maiden at Newton Abbot 10 days ago.

Modest maiden on the Flat who didn't go with much promise tried over hurdles when well-beaten fourth of 7 in novice at Taunton a month ago.

Bit of promise on bumper debut but well held next time and has fared no better in a pair of novice hurdles, eighth of 11 at Hexham on latest run 11 days ago.

Sent off at big odds (100/1) and offered little first time up when tailed off in maiden at Wincanton last month.
