resumed winning ways, going through a good spell at the moment, although everything does seem circumstantial with him, seemingly liking plenty of space for one, taken to race alone (as he did here last time) and rather nursed through the race, having little to spare at the finish; raced far side, soon led, travelled as well as any, shaken up over 1f out, just held on, made all; tricky customer, but will always have that bigger effort in him as a result.

looks to have little in hand from present mark after his winning spree last year, ran to similar level as reappearance but did hint at being in better form than either start this season suggests, looks to be on the way back; waited with, switched 2f out, kept on, never landed a blow; not ideally placed.

was easy to back and shaped as if better for run on first outing since leaving Richard Fahey after 8 months off, can boast some good form from last year and no surprise if his new yard find the key to him at some point; handy, folded tamely over 1f out.
