Class told as from halfway the race was dominated by the 2 fillies dipping down from Group 1s, bouncing back in Kiyoshi's case, but Euro Charline has been a fixture through the season; none of the older horses could get to grips with them.

EURO CHARLINE admirable filly, gives her all every time, has the attitude to make the most of her ability, and if anything still getting better in that regard; has held her own in top fillies company, showed all and perhaps more of that form to see off a resurgent Kiyoshi, headed narrowly by her 2f out, but digging in and going away again at the end; made the running this time, underlining how straightforward she is, in all a likeable type, capable of winning Group races.

KIYOSHI big step back in the right direction, more in competitive terms than a form perspective, but no surprise if she builds again on this remembering her 2-y-o ability, and she'll be fresher than most for the latter half of the season; mid-field, moved up at halfway, getting her in 'race mode' more than previously this season, took a narrow lead 2f out, looking to be going better than Euro Charline at the time, but no shame in being unable to sustain it, given the winner's talent.

ZURIGHA (IRE) ran up to form, settling better than previous 2 starts in higher grade, though this was little easier against fillies as smart as the first 2, did about all she could, keeping on without getting on terms.

GIFTED GIRL (IRE) fared better than of late, without recapturing best, still lacking a spark, all rather laboured from the off, plugged on, never nearer.

VEILED INTRIGUE runs differently from race to race, perhaps some underlying temperament about her, poor effort here, seeming to give in soon after halfway.

AMULET stiff task, but she's not in much form anyway; tracked winner to halfway, soon done with when tempo increased, dropped away.

WOODLAND ARIA has made it to the track infrequently this year, suggesting some fragility, and something not right with her here, the rider glancing down a few times as she laboured.
