Confirmed debut second for P. M. J. Doyle when going one place better for new trainer Willie Mullins at Fairyhouse in January. Took a big step forward when a never-nearer seventh to The Mourne Rambler in Champion Bumper on latest start and entitled to finish closer to that rival here.

Won sole point last spring and made all with ease in a heavy-ground Naas bumper on his Rules debut in January. Found the Champion Bumper a completely different kettle of fish but remains an exciting prospect, not least when returned to softer ground.

Third sole outing in points and built on previous promise in this sphere when impressive winner of 6-runner event at Naas (15f, heavy) in February. Needs a lot more now hiked in grade but has unlikely shown his all.

Bought for £200,000 after finishing runner-up only outing in points and comfortably landed short odds in a Navan bumper (heavy) on Rules debut in January. Proved to be something of a disappointment in the Champion Bumper 8 weeks later, though.

£250,000 purchase after winning sole start in points. Confirmed Rules debut promise when making all at Fairyhouse on New Year's Day and has shown better form in defeat subsequently, including when behind The Mourne Rambler in Champion Bumper latest. Needs more to reverse that form, though.

Yeats gelding who made a winning start in 16-runner bumper at Cork (19f, good to soft) earlier in the month, showing an encouraging amount of speed given his pedigree. This represents a big step up in class.

Crystal Ocean gelding who made it third time lucky in bumpers when seeing off 6 rivals at Limerick (heavy) in February but outclassed in the Champion Bumper since and is set for another struggle.
