Progressive staying handicapper last season, bagging races at Doncaster and Ascot before going close at York. Gave running to make frame at listed level on final outing in 2025 and he could well be sharper for his recent Musselburgh return, so place claims look valid.

Close second in the Old Borough Cup at Haydock last season and was unlucky not to sign off with a win at Southwell. Shade below his both starts so far in 2026, albeit not ideally placed at Newcastle last time. Now sports first-time cheekpieces.

Enhanced his impressive strike rate over the longest trip he's tackled on the Flat at Wolverhampton (2m) in October. Underwent a breathing operation during the winter and ran creditably on his return at Kempton (1½m) last time, but career best probably needed if he's to take this.

Progressive sort in 2024, winning Ascot listed race on soft ground on final start. No major impact on his first 3 outings in 2025 but was right back to his best when defeating an upwardly-mobile sort in Mallard at Doncaster (1¾m) in September. Up only 4 lb but has tended to need his comeback run.

Winless in 2025 but was well backed to make a successful return from 6 months off in the Queen's Prize at Kempton (2m) at the end of March, Still feasibly treated from 4 lb higher mark.

Recorded back-to-back wins at this trip at Haydock and Yarmouth last summer but looked in need of even longer distances later in season. Shaped as if better for the run when fourth of 6 in handicap at Newbury (16.5f, good) on return 16 days ago. Visor on 1st time.

Most likeable dual-purpose flagbearer for this yard. Hasn't scored since winning over this trip at Musselburgh last April and form patchy in handful of starts in Meydan since the turn of the year. Cheekpieces/tongue tie refitted back from a break.

Had some strong form in defeat in novice company last season before getting off the mark over 1½m at Kempton. Rattled off further wins in handicaps at Newcastle/Wolverhampton to complete the hat-trick and shaped as if outing might have needed after a 4-month break at Kempton last time. Considered.

Goes well fresh and, following another breathing operation, proved at least as good as ever when a 4-runner Sagaro Stakes at Ascot (2m, firm) on stable debut 12 months ago. No major impact thereafter in 2025 but mark has eased a little more ahead of return to action.

Five-time winner on Flat/over hurdles upon joining James Owen last year who also posted good third in the Northumberland Plate. Looked back in form dropped in grade when second of 5 in handicap at Beverley (2m, good) 18 days ago but likely to remain vulnerable to anything progressive.

Capitalised on drop in grade at Wolverhampton in November and, having met trouble in running next time, returned from 3 months off with a decisive success at Southwell in March. Typically gave running when sixth at Newcastle last month but that illustrates his vulnerabilities in these better races.

Successful on 3 of final 4 starts last year and remained in good form over longer distances since, resuming winning ways in decisive fashion at Wolverhampton over this trip in March. Unsuited by drop back to 1¼m at Newcastle last time but handicapper perhaps has his measure now.
