No Risk At All gelding. Half-brother to French 2m hurdle winner Lady du Chenet. Yard recently saddled a winning bumper newcomer at Doncaster but this one has been pitched into a pretty strong race for his debut.

Poet's Word gelding who is bred to be useful and produced a promising first effort when runner-up in a bumper at Wetherby (2m, good) last spring. Subsequent fifth of 13 in a Cheltenham listed race was no backward step and should pick up a race before long. Harry Skelton prefers Diamond Street.

£54,000 brother to French hurdler Iban Roque. Hails from a highly respected yard and the betting should offer clues in respect of the stable pecking order (yard also saddles Callisto Queen).

£55,000 half-sister to fairly useful 2½m hurdle winner Blue Run. Yard has had some success in bumpers (16% strike rate in recent seasons) and she's worth a second look.

Winner of bumpers on good/good to firm at Bangor and Stratford last summer. However, conceding weight all round in this much stronger race on the back of a 7-month absence will not be easy.

Harzand gelding who overcame inexperience to make a winning debut at Wincanton in November. Ran well upped in grade when fourth of 15 in listed event at Ascot a month later, but it's surprising to see him back here given that going left-handed didn't appear to suit him over this C&D last time.

£52,000 half-sister to useful hurdler/very smart chaser Midnight River and fair hurdler Gentle Connections. Didn't shape badly on her introduction at Warwick in November and while this demands a sizeable step forward, she's in good hands and is open to improvement. Yard also runs Master Roque.

£15,000 Getaway mare out of a 17f-2½m hurdle/chase winner who stayed 23f. Interesting that this Irish raider starts off in a race of this nature and it'll be interesting to see how she shapes up in the betting.

Half-brother to fair hurdler Prolific Profile and made winning start to his career in a Carlisle 7-runner bumper (17f, good to soft) last month. Clearly has an engine but this is a significantly stronger race.

£20,000 brother to bumper winner/fair 2½m hurdle winner Glancing Jack, while dam was a 2m-2½m hurdle winner. Yard's strike rate in bumpers in recent seasons is healthy enough and the market will likely prove informative.

Performed to a fair level when seventh of 9 in a bumper at Ascot on debut, just lacking a turn of foot when the sprint developed. Should do better in time but others make more appeal on this occasion.

£45,000 Order of St George filly out of a 15f/17f hurdle winner. Yard's strike rate in this race-type is no more than fair and it's likely that this filly will be better for the run.

£26,000 purchase out of a bumper winner who stayed 23f. Pulled up sole start between the flags and will need to be pretty useful in order to make a successful Rules debut in this contest.

Nearer last than first starting out in a Kempton bumper last month and it's likely that he will need more time.
