Exeter 14:10 Odds Comparison

No impact in maiden/novice hurdles this winter but was placed in a bumper last season and no surprise were he to take a step forward now handicapping over a longer trip after a 12-week break. One to note in the betting.

Placed in his first 5 handicaps, including 3 times under Callum Pritchard. Shaped better than sixth of 11 suggests at Chepstow in February. No obvious excuses when only eighth of 10 back there since but still has more going for him than most.

Low-mileage mare who showed her first sign of promise when third over 2¾m at Fontwell (soft) 24 days ago. Possible she can build on that with Ben Jones taking the reins for the first time.

Long-standing maiden. Placed twice in 23f course handicaps under Shane Quinlan last month and claims if he can shrug off a poor run at Chepstow 12 days ago.

Not disgraced in a couple of handicaps at Wincanton since returning from an absence for this yard and being eased another 2 lb can only help.

Encouraging start to career when second of 18 in bumper at Cheltenham last spring but yet to offer much over hurdles, including pulling up in both handicaps. Still relatively early days and perhaps the addition of headgear will help.

Placed in novice hurdles around 2m on good ground for Barry Brennan last spring but hasn't reproduced that form in 3 handicaps since, including on recent first outing for Fergal O'Brien after 9 months off.

Still looking for a first victory. Placed in a pair of 19f Taunton handicaps this winter but ran poorly over 2m there with cheekpieces added last month. Now steps up in trip with a first-time tongue tie joining the cheekpieces.

Fair form when reaching the frame twice in handicap hurdles last spring but has run well below that level in 2 outings on return this spring. Reportedly bled at Huntingdon last time.

Modest at best in 3 maiden hurdles for Dr Richard Newland & Jamie Insole last spring. Placed in a point in November and offered something to work on went fourth of 9 in 19f Taunton handicap hurdle on his Rules return in February. Needs to build on that with a hood added now.

Hasn't given any cause for encouragement in 2 handicaps this year so needs first-time cheekpieces to make a difference.

Maiden under both codes. Off 20 months, reached the frame for the first time over hurdles when fourth of 11 at Taunton (19f, good to soft) in March but only eighth at Wincanton a fortnight later.

Remains with little form. Has a first-time tongue tie added to the cheekpieces he's worn recently.
