Took a step forward when second on handicap debut over C&D in May. Not so good despite getting the run of things when last of 4 back here 24 days ago (beaten just 2 lengths). That form has been well advertised since though, and she's one to consider.

Ulysses filly who has offered some encouragement in a trio of maiden/novice events, noted making late headway when sixth of 9 at Thirsk (7f) 18 days ago. In good hands and she's the type to do better now handicapping over a longer trip.

Sent off a much shorter price than previously and showed more than on return/yard debut when fourth of 7 on handicap debut at Leicester (1¼m, good) 15 days ago, weakening approaching final 1f. Will need to take another step forward but it remains early days and he's been dropped 3 lb.

Time Test filly who was tried in a visor dropped back to 7f but could only run to a similar level as previously this season when sixth of 13 in handicap at Redcar (7f, good to firm) 28 days ago. Takes a significant step up in trip now from further reduced mark.

Ribchester gelding who went with a modicum of promise on second of 3 starts in maidens at up to 1m. Switch to handicaps in his favour with first-time blinkers enlisted, so another to note if market vibes are positive.

Modest form at best in 3 novice starts in the autumn and offered little returning from 6 months off when last of 11 on handicap debut at Redcar (1m) 7 weeks ago. Tackles a longer trip now but he looks one for the longer term.

Well held in 2 novices at the end of last season and similar story on last month's qualifying run at Carlisle (7f). Market could guide now handicapping back up in trip.

Unable to land a blow in a trio of starts in maiden/novice events and failed to improve for switch to handicaps (very slowly away) at Ripon (1m) 26 days ago. Much more needed now tackling a longer trip.
