improved as expected as she maintained unbeaten record, though she did rather get first run on the second and whether she'd confirm superiority over that one another day is a moot point; pressed leader, edged ahead entering final 1f, driven out to hold on; may do better still, though it's possible that she'll require longer distances to prove it.

took step forward from debut form whilst leaving the firm impression she'll go on again, the winner getting first run on her; steadied at the start, held up, headway over 1f out, responded well and still closing at line having conceded first run.

upped in trip, ran creditably but looks more or less exposed by now, this her third attempt at listed class; held up, pushed along 3f out, stayed on, having no issues with the extra distance.

improved but was seen to maximum effect and probably won't be easy to place in the short term, vulnerable at this sort of level and likely to be weighted to the hilt in nurseries; dictated, headed entering final 1f, not quicken.

wasn't up to the task at this stage of her career but remains unexposed, especially with a view to going back into maiden company, probably not seen to best advantage in this as it was; tracked pace, caught wide, shaken up under 3f out, weakened entering final 1f; should stay at least 7f.

Non Runners: SLEEPY DUST (IRE).

Winning Owner: Mrs Patricia J. Burns

Time: 1m 27.98s

Overrounds: Industry SP 111%, Betfair SP 100.3%

Some promising sorts, though none had come close to showing the sort of form normally required to win an average renewal and the proximity of the fourth suggests it's not a race which can be rated too highly; the gallop was fair at best and, the way it panned out, the winner was seen to better advantage than the second, getting first run.

ALONSOA (IRE) improved as expected as she maintained unbeaten record, though she did rather get first run on the second and whether she'd confirm superiority over that one another day is a moot point; pressed leader, edged ahead entering final 1f, driven out to hold on; may do better still, though it's possible that she'll require longer distances to prove it.

PACK TOGETHER took step forward from debut form whilst leaving the firm impression she'll go on again, the winner getting first run on her; steadied at the start, held up, headway over 1f out, responded well and still closing at line having conceded first run.

BONNIE GREY upped in trip, ran creditably but looks more or less exposed by now, this her third attempt at listed class; held up, pushed along 3f out, stayed on, having no issues with the extra distance.

RUSSIAN PUNCH improved but was seen to maximum effect and probably won't be easy to place in the short term, vulnerable at this sort of level and likely to be weighted to the hilt in nurseries; dictated, headed entering final 1f, not quicken.
