Not the strongest of listed races, especially in terms of the form achieved on the day, but the winner is on a sharp upward curve and along with a few further back has the potential to rate higher in future; Jasmine Blue set no more than a fair pace upon establishing the lead.

SPEEDY BOARDING maiden win got a boost in the preceding race and she progressed again to take the step up to listed company in her stride; in touch, shaken up over 2f out, edged left when hitting the front final 1f, kept going well; further improvement will be required as she climbs the next rung on the ladder, it worth reiterating this wasn't the deepest of contests for the grade, but she certainly strikes as having more to offer, an Irish Oaks entry showing the regard in which she is held.

HOT SAUCE (IRE) continues to go the right way, acquitting herself well on her first crack at listed level, the winner always sitting a length in front and quickening up the better, her pedigree and run style suggesting 1½m will be well within range; mid-division, headway over 1f out, stayed on.

JASMINE BLUE (IRE) ran her best race to date, though was seen to good effect from the front, adopting similar tactics that saw her win her maiden over C&D back in April; led, shaken up over 2f out, headed when hampered by winner final 1f, kept on.

LOAVES AND FISHES took a further step forward, reversing Goodwood form with the below-par Encore L'Amour whilst leaving the impression she is in need of a stiffer test; prominent, took strong hold, ridden over 2f out, kept on; will be suited by 1½m.

NAMHROODAH (IRE) wasn't disgraced, but was unable to find any sort of gear change in the closing stages, another perhaps in need of a greater emphasis on stamina; handy, effort over 2f out, one paced.

ANARCHISTE seemingly excelled herself, worth crediting with improvement for now for all she never threatened, arguably deserving extra credit on the day having been poorly placed in relation to the quintet in front of her, 1½m set to suit on this evidence; in rear, ridden approaching 2f out, late headway.

ENCORE L'AMOUR failed to reproduce the form that saw her finish runner-up to subsequent Oaks third Lady of Dubai at Goodwood last month, albeit shaping better than the distance beaten suggests, looking a big threat only for her challenge to peter out surprisingly tamely for one already proven over this trip; waited with, headway 2f out, effort flattened out.

VICTORIA POLLARD a C&D winner on debut, she hasn't built on that on either outing since, little encouragement here for all she wasn't ideally placed; held up, ridden over 2f out, made no impression; may need her sights lowering.

ALONSOA (IRE) upped in trip, was easy to back conceding weight all round and made a disappointing return to action, this leaving her with a number of questions to answer, her final start at 2 equally as abject; mid-division, weakened under 2f out, eased off.

SUPREME OCCASION (IRE) again ran well below the pick of her juvenile form and has plenty to prove at present acknowledging she may not be one for middle distances; in touch, folded 2f out.

MISS GILER shaped as if amiss; dropped out, beaten 2f out and eased with rider looking down.
