followed up from last time, dropping back to 7f no problem, and she's improving in leaps and bounds; made all, travelled well, shaken up 2f out, ran on, admittedly having had the run of the race; she's well worth her place in a higher grade, showing enough already to make her presence felt at listed level, and she remains open to improvement ahead of a crack at the Sandringham handicap at Royal Ascot.

has returned this season with two career bests, second both times, shaping similarly to last time as she was patiently ridden and did her best work late on, albeit without making any impression on the winner; she's likely to continue in form.

is sprint bred and barely seemed to stay this 1f longer trip for all that it was another creditable run on ratings; prominent, ridden over 2f out, challenged over 1f out, no extra well inside final 1f; she may yet do better when the emphasis is more on speed again.

had conditions to suit but ran one of lesser races, not so positively ridden as usual, which was a surprise in this small field; chased leaders, struggling 2f out, one paced.

was very easy to back and needed the run after 20 months off; in touch, pulled hard, weakened final 1f; boasts some strong 2-y-o form and her next run should reveal more as to how much ability remains.

Time: 1m 28.26s

There wasn't much pace on in this 5-runner fillies' minor event, underlined by a significantly slower time than any of the other 7f races on the card, including a couple of class 6 handicaps, so there's reason to be a little cautious about the form, for all that winner is undoubtedly a progressive sort.

CROWLEY'S LAW followed up from last time, dropping back to 7f no problem, and she's improving in leaps and bounds; made all, travelled well, shaken up 2f out, ran on, admittedly having had the run of the race; she's well worth her place in a higher grade, showing enough already to make her presence felt at listed level, and she remains open to improvement ahead of a crack at the Sandringham handicap at Royal Ascot.
