had been creeping up the weights after running with credit in better races than this and proved better than ever to gain a deserved success, is going the right way; waited with, good headway 2f out, led 1f out, won readily; will continue to give good account, he not the only one on the day to boost the form of G Force's York success.

less exposed than rest, ran well making his handicap debut in first-time hood, looking on a fair mark and even leaving the impression this would aid his development, only late in the day running on; dwelt, held up, ran on late, nearest at the finish; should stay 7f; may do better still.

ran up to best after 11 lb rise but would seem to have done her improving at this trip; close up, stuck to task; worth another try at 7f.

looks no more than averagely treated, ran respectably but remains a maiden, and had few excuses as this was run; made running, travelled fluently, headed around 1f out, weakened well inside final 1f.

looks plenty high enough in the weights, running his best race here but never threatening; mid-field, shaken up over 2f out, not quicken; should stay 7f.

again ran below form, hasn't gone on from winning reappearance but that probably not strong form; handy, weakened over 1f out.

Not many of these look that well handicapped so just ordinary form in that respect but the winner had been plying his trade in better races than this so no doubting his improvement.
