ended 2018/19 on the up and, despite proving easy to back, continued very much in that vein after 6 months off; mid-division, jumped fine, travelled powerfully, produced to lead run-in, well on top finish; one to follow, particularly if his stable continues in such good form.

got back on the up on just her fifth start over fences and clearly isn't handicapped out of things at present; in touch, travelled well, took over 4 out, untidy last, left behind by winner only late on.

wasted no time getting back on track, the fact he saw this longer trip out okay giving connections more options; dropped out, crept closer, kept on from 2 out, conceded first run.

is building up a decent record at this track and ran creditably after 8 months off, though typically didn't help his cause with a mixed round of jumping; held up, made mistakes, challenged 3 out, one paced from next.
