Fair bumper performer hasn't been the most fluent jumper but ran his best race when pushing an odds-on winner all the way in 2m Ayr novice last month. Has been let off fairly lightly by the handicapper on that evidence and he could even improve for the longer trip.

Matched the fair form he showed in bumpers when placing first 3 starts over hurdles. Hasn't improved for the switch to handicaps, though, and Linalene could be the better treated of the Russell & Scudamore pair.
