GHISA (IRE)

KING'S TRUST
431-
Showed improved form to get off the mark in maiden at Southwell (7f) in October, the combination of a gelding operation and/or first-time blinkers working the oracle. He beat a now useful colt that day so is fancied to feature on return/handicap debut in a change of headgear despite wide draw. |

CAVIAR COWBOY
3-221
Progressive son of Zoustar who chased home a now useful sort on his penultimate start and confirmed promise of that run scoring on handicap debut at Lingfield (7f) quickening to lead 1f out and drawing clear. Interesting from revised mark with prospect of more to come. |

YA KARIM (IRE)
31-4
Built on debut promise when cosily winning 6-runner novice at Yarmouth (7f) in October. Showed something akin to that form after 6 months off/equipped with a hood when fourth under a penalty there last month and may do better again now handicapping having been gelded. |

SLIGHT OF FOOT
02-6
Left debut well behind when second in a C&D novice in September. Gelded ahead of return and not seen to best effect when sixth in a Wolverhampton novice 6 weeks ago and he retains potential with his attentions now switched to handicaps. |

ON THE INLET (IRE)
645-110
Left his 2yo form well behind switched to handicaps when scoring back-to-back at Southwell/Wolverhampton in April. Seemed found out by stronger company at Newbury (7f) 6 weeks ago and another with a tricky draw to contend with. |

LORD BRITAIN
5138-40
C&D novice winner last summer who ran well from an unpromising position when fourth on return over 1m here in March. Over faced in 2000 Guineas on latest outing 25 days ago and this more suitable now handicapping back at 7f. |

NORTHERN EMPIRE (IRE)
42-108
Confirmed earlier promise when off the mark at third attempt in a Lingfield novice (7f) in January. However, has yet to replicate that in pair of handicap starts on all-weather/turf. Quick return to 7f may help but he does need to get back on track. |

TAMASHAL (IRE)
52110
Well-bred colt who has made a positive start to his career in recent months, winning 1m Chelmsford maiden and 7f Southwell handicap. Raced away from main pack when down the field on turf debut at Newbury last time and he could yet resume progress back on all-weather. |

WATCHA SNOOP (IRE)
2180-00
Stiff tasks on final 2 starts as a juvenile following a convincing Ascot novice success last September. Finished nearer last than first in pair of sprint handicaps upon returning at Chester earlier this month, but worst of draw/quick turnaround enough to excuse his latest run 3 weeks ago. Up in trip |

EXOTIC BABY
5134-50
Confirmed debut promise when winning 7-runner maiden at Southwell (1m). Improved when third over C&D next time but yet to kick on in trio of handicaps, shaping as if amiss making turf debut at Ascot (1m) 19 days ago. Cheekpieces worn then are retained here. |

SEU JO (IRE)
083-4610
Landed a 1m Chantilly claimer in March but looked to be handed a stiff-opening mark for stable debut and he never figured under a positive ride when well-held tenth in a 1m Ascot handicap 19 days ago. This promises to reveal more returned to all-weather. |

Progressive in trio of starts for George Boughey, showing a sharp turn of foot to win 4-runner Newcastle maiden in October. Always behind in listed race at Lingfield on return for new yard and never figured from stiff-looking mark on handicap debut at Wetherby 31 days ago. |

KING'S TRUST got the better of a now useful sort when making it third time lucky in a Southwell maiden in October and now handicapping from what could well prove a lenient opening mark, he makes plenty of appeal despite a less-than-ideal draw. Lingfield scorer Caviar Cowboy is firmly going the right way and is another high on the shortlist, with Ya Karim and Slight of Foot others to consider.
