Made a winning debut in bumpers for Milton Harris then off 27 months. Has possibly just been feeling his way in ahead of a switch handicaps, showing a bit again when fourth of 7 in novice hurdle at Plumpton (2m, good) 5 weeks ago. Tongue tie applied.

Opened his account for the season having fallen to the same mark as for his previous success in 12-runner event here (19f, good) last month, though probably a little fortunate on the day (left clear on landing last). Nudged up 3 lb and every chance he'll feature.

Went the wrong way on the Flat and little promise in 3 runs over hurdles, tried in cheekpieces for the first time over jumps but tailed off in novice at Hereford (2m, good) earlier in the month. Needs the switch to a handicap to prove transformative.

Going the right way now handicapping and clearly stayed the trip well returned to further when second of 7 here (19f, good) earlier in the month. In good hands and can continue on an upward trajectory.
