Frankel colt who maintained his unbeaten record with a defeat of Action and Christmas Day in Dante at York (10.3f, good) on reappearance, seeing out the longer trip well and leaving the impression 1½m will be within range. Likely to have a big say.

Big-field Curragh maiden winner last autumn. Only fifth to Christmas Day in the Ballysax at Leopardstown on reappearance but left that behind to edge out Pierre Bonnard and win the Derby Trial there (1¼m, good) 27 days ago. Will relish 1½m.

Group 1 winner on soft as a 2-y-o. Disappointed in the Ballysax on return but got his career back on track when narrowly denied by James J Braddock in Derby Trial at Leopardstown (1¼m, good) 27 days ago. Should stay 1½m and remains open to improvement.

Son of Sea The Stars who has won all 3 starts since his debut, progressing again to see off Bay of Brilliance by a neck in the Derby Trial at Lingfield (11.6f, good to firm) 28 days ago. Will go on improving and can make his presence felt.

Took his form to another level when landing the Ballysax at Leopardstown (1¼m, soft) on reappearance. No more than a respectable 4½ lengths third of 8 to Item in Dante at York (10.3f, good) since but remains open to further progress with 1½m in mind.

Looked a smart stayer in the making when easily defying a penalty in 9f Redcar novice (good to soft) last autumn and confirmed those impressions when going down by only a neck to Maltese Cross in Derby Trial at Lingfield (11.6f, good to firm) on reappearance. Likely to progress again.

Second (Benvenuto Cellini third) in the Futurity at Doncaster (1m, heavy) on final 2-y-o start. Bounced back from an underwhelming reappearance when 2¾ lengths second of 8 to Item in Dante at York (10.3f, good) 23 days ago. Likely to stay 1½m. Wears first-time cheekpieces.

Bombed out behind Bow Echo in Royal Lodge at Newmarket on final 2-y-o start but resumed his progression with a smart, strong-galloping effort to win 1¼m listed race back at Newmarket on reappearance. Raced only on good/good to firm. Capable of better again with the step up to 1½m likely to suit.

Made a winning start in 1m Kempton maiden last November. Left that bare form behind when 2½ lengths second of 6 to Saxon Street in listed race at this course (1¼m, good) on return in April but another jolt of improvement will be needed to get competitive here.

Useful but limitations seemingly exposed when third in Blue Riband here and Derby Trial at Lingfield (beaten 6¾ lengths by Maltese Cross) in recent months.

Progressive form but no match for the highly promising Water To Wine in 11f Newbury maiden on reappearance. Likely capable of even better but he'll need to find a huge chunk of improvement to get competitive here.

Well beaten behind Pierre Bonnard in French Group 1 on final 2-y-o start. Returned to win handicap at Lingfield (1¼m, all-weather) in March but failed to cope with a step back up in class when remote last of 6 to Maltese Cross in the Derby Trial on turf there (11.6f, good) 4 weeks ago.

4,300,000 gns Wootton Bassett colt was beaten 8½ lengths into second by Bay of Brilliance in 9f Redcar novice last autumn. Advanced his form with cheekpieces added (retained) when second in another novice at Haydock (1½m, good to firm) on return 42 days ago but this is a huge jump in class.
