Yet to win on the Flat or over hurdles but shaped with promise when placed on all 4 starts over timber, latest when very good second of 12 in juvenile at Thurles (2m, heavy) 49 days ago. Further improvement could be forthcoming now handicapping.

€20,000 3-y-o, Saxon Warrior gelding. Half-brother to bumper winner Oneinthewell, stays 2½m. Stable having good spell. Worth a second look in the market on debut.

Showed useful form on Flat with Aidan O'Brien as a juvenile before switching to this discipline and much improved from hurdling debut when second in conditions event at Ascot in January. Not in same form at Naas since but must enter calculations here.

Vadamos gelding. Half-brother to fairly useful hurdler Krugermac and fair hurdler Imperial Storm. Likely one for longer term judged on breeding.

Came good in an academy hurdle at Leopardstown (2m2f) over Christmas and has shown better form in defeat twice since. His mark demands improvement but drying conditions will likely suit. Shortlisted.

Fairly useful on Flat up to 11f for William Haggas but yet to make an impact in either start for new yard over timber.

Affinisea gelding. Dam unraced out of useful hurdler (winner up to 3m) Red Square Lady, from family of Midlands Grand National winner Time To Get Up. Looks one for longer trips down the line.

Won 1 of his 5 starts on Flat in France but a watching brief is likely needed on hurdles bow for new yard here.

€16,000 Poet's Word gelding. Half-brother to useful hurdler/chaser Addragoole and fairly useful hurdler Papal Lodge. In good hands but was never involved on hurdles bow at Gowran earlier this month.
