set the standard, even with her 3 lb penalty, and came out on top after 7 weeks off; close up, loomed up over 2f out, led soon after, didn't do a great deal in front (wandered final 1f) but still scored with a bit in hand; this qualifies her for the Fillies' and Mares' race on Good Friday and she will be a leading contender for that contest, already at a level good enough to have won any of the previous renewals.

A minor event that went to script, Invitational readily seeing off her main rival, who in turn was comfortably on top of the rest; the gallop was steady for a long way, placing the emphasis on speed.

INVITATIONAL set the standard, even with her 3 lb penalty, and came out on top after 7 weeks off; close up, loomed up over 2f out, led soon after, didn't do a great deal in front (wandered final 1f) but still scored with a bit in hand; this qualifies her for the Fillies' and Mares' race on Good Friday and she will be a leading contender for that contest, already at a level good enough to have won any of the previous renewals.

ROCK ON BAILEYS ran well, doing enough to show that she retains all of her ability; in touch, shaken up around 2f out, kept on well but already booked for second when intimidated briefly final 1f.

SECOND COLLECTION back up in trip after 5 weeks off, ran as well as could be expected, coming from further back than ideal against a couple of superior rivals, keeping on without threatening.

LUCYMAI ran poorly; chased leader, shaken up 3f out, left behind soon after.

EMILY GOLDFINCH ran poorly, despite getting the run of the race; dictated, headed around 2f out, weakened.
