making all-weather debut after 6 months off, wasted no time in putting a disappointing 3-y-o campaign behind her (often highly tried), posting the sort of effort promised in her earlier days; chased leaders, headway entering straight, stayed on to lead well inside final 1f; pulled a long way clear with a progressive sort and may well be able to build on this herself, so one to keep on side in the coming weeks.

ran well on form, once again losing nothing in defeat; waited with, smooth headway approaching home turn, edged ahead over 1f out, collared last ½f, kept on, pulled clear of remainder; will remain of plenty of interest and the way she travelled through the race suggests that a drop down to around 1m won't inconvenience her.

back down markedly in trip, was hassled for the lead and might have ended up doing too much, this well below what she is capable of; made running, took strong hold, headed entering straight, no extra; worth another chance.

A competitive heat despite the small field and the front 2 pulled well clear in the straight, Uchenna putting up a useful performance; Elbereth and Percys Princess, both of whom were dropping back in trip, ensured that it was run at a fair gallop.
