An above-average quartet, yet little of note happened in a tactical race until the last, at which point Chilli Filli's tenuous lead was erased by a mistake that handed it to the odds-on shot who had looked the pick of the weights beforehand.

SENSULANO (IRE) made the most of a good opportunity as she followed up from Fontwell, joining the second/third from that race by winning next time out, likely to have done so - despite coming from the worst position the way the race was run - even without the second's verdict-confirming error; patiently ridden, jumped slightly right on occasions, chased leader home turn, effort 2 out, not in front yet but closing without full pressure when left in front last, driven clear.

CHILLI FILLI has made a fairly encouraging start to her chasing career, reversing Bangor form with Alsa Mix on 5 lb better terms over this longer trip and sure to have done so far more convincingly - admittedly having had the run of the race - without a late howler; handy, went on circuit out, quickened gradually back straight, closed down 2 out, under serious threat anyway when headed after clouting last, not recover; she's sure to win a more routine race over fences, especially if kept to her own sex.

ALSA MIX (FR) failed to progress from chasing debut (when almost 5 lengths ahead of Chilli Filli), that rival's late mistake flatteringly reducing the gap between them on the day, though Alsa Mix had made an untimely error of her own; handy, pressed leader 4 out, every chance when mistake next, lost second home turn, faded.

REALLY SUPER wasn't in the same form or, perhaps more to the point, mood as last time (perfect storm for her that day); jumped slowly, led until circuit out, chased leader after, lost place when mistake fourteenth, left behind home turn.
