resumed winning ways in good style, delivering what she'd promised a couple of times previously, getting the run of things with a clear run up the inner here, but it's worth noting that her best efforts have come with cut in the ground and she may well have more to come; held up, headway over 1f out, stayed on to lead final 1f, kept on well, won readily; will remain of interest.

A fairly useful handicap which looked a competitive contest on paper but it was an odd race with the leaders shunning the favoured near rail for some reason, leaving clear runs for a couple coming from the back that switched inside.

SWIRRAL EDGE resumed winning ways in good style, delivering what she'd promised a couple of times previously, getting the run of things with a clear run up the inner here, but it's worth noting that her best efforts have come with cut in the ground and she may well have more to come; held up, headway over 1f out, stayed on to lead final 1f, kept on well, won readily; will remain of interest.

FRUIT SALAD again ran well, is going through a good spell at the moment and only found an improver too strong; in rear, headway over 1f out, stayed on; will continue to give a good account.

ROSE MARMARA ran creditably back on softer ground, especially given she raced out wider than the first 2; held up, headway over 1f out, kept on.

CROMBAY (IRE) again ran below form, not helping herself by edging towards the centre and not capitalising on her plum position against the rail; led, headed 1f out, not quicken.

L C SALOON one of the least exposed, was below form on softer ground than previously; mid-field, went with little fluency, plugged on.

NEW ROAD SIDE again ran below form; prominent, weakened 1f out.

GWENDOLYN (GER) claimer ridden, is best not judged on this run after 10 weeks off; slowly into stride, in rear, headway out wide over 1f out, effort flattened out, left poorly placed.

JENNIECHILD (IRE) wasn't in the same form as last time, possibly needing the run after 10 weeks off; prominent, travelled well, weakened final 1f.

KESTREL CALL (IRE) followed a below-par effort with an even worse one; raced wide, mid-field, weakened over 1f out, not ideally placed.
