under a rider who is good-value for his claim, ran to a similar level to last time to go one better in this lesser race; chased leader, took keen hold, pushed along over 2f out, got gap 1f out, led final 100 yds, had nothing to spare; in good heart but will be off career-high mark next time, which should be enough to prevent a follow up.

back in a tongue strap, after 5 weeks off, wasted no time getting back to form; mid-field, smooth headway around 3f out, produced to lead around 2f out, headed final 100 yds, rallied, just failed; even a small rise in the weights for this will leave her looking summed up by her mark.

Just an ordinary race for the grade run at a steady gallop, all the field pretty much exposed by now, and it's unlikely to throw up many winners in the coming weeks.

RED TEA under a rider who is good-value for his claim, ran to a similar level to last time to go one better in this lesser race; chased leader, took keen hold, pushed along over 2f out, got gap 1f out, led final 100 yds, had nothing to spare; in good heart but will be off career-high mark next time, which should be enough to prevent a follow up.
