improved on his Roscommon success and maintained his unbeaten record over hurdles in great style, looking one of the best seen in the division so far as he sauntered clear of some promising individuals; prominent, travelled strongly, not fluent fourth, went on 3 out, quickened clear between last 2, impressive; open to further improvement, he will continue to take all the beating.

improved further and is a useful prospect in her own right, but was merely chasing shadows so far as the winner was concerned; waited with, travelled fluently, ridden from 3 out, ran on, no impression on winner; she looks sure to win more races in this sphere.

ran at least as well in defeat as when winning the time before and may have finished a bit closer if avoiding late interference; soon steadied, travelled well, took closer order after 4 out, ridden when badly hampered 2 out, one paced; he remains with potential.

upped in trip, was the Gigginstown second-string, but was in the process of running well and might well have been placed had he not departed late on; led until 3 out, second and not yet asked for everything when fell 2 out.
