came out on top, her first win in over a year, from a 17 lb higher mark than when last successful, but she was seen to maximum effect; made all, pressed on leaving back straight, kept on well, very much had the run of the race; she'll be opposable next time.

is summed up by her handicap mark but runs her race more often than not and wasted no time getting back to form; close up, every chance 3 out, mistake next, short of room briefly flat, kept on, well positioned.

was back over hurdles from a lower and ran creditably in first-time visor; never far away, mistakes 5 out and 4 out, outpaced before next, rallied well from last; she ideally needs the emphasis more on stamina.

wasn't seen to best effect in this slowly-run affair, even though she was up in trip; held up, took closer order after 4 out, not quicken between 3 out and 2 out, kept on, unsuited by the way the race developed; she's less exposed than the rest of these and is worth another chance.

ran respectably but, like last time, this wasn't a truly-run affair and she basically seems to be going through the motions; in touch, ridden before 3 out, one paced.

A slowly-run mares contest in which the order didn't change a lot and it appeals as a muddling piece of form.

THEATRE GOER came out on top, her first win in over a year, from a 17 lb higher mark than when last successful, but she was seen to maximum effect; made all, pressed on leaving back straight, kept on well, very much had the run of the race; she'll be opposable next time.

TAMBURA is summed up by her handicap mark but runs her race more often than not and wasted no time getting back to form; close up, every chance 3 out, mistake next, short of room briefly flat, kept on, well positioned.

MILLICENT SILVER was back over hurdles from a lower and ran creditably in first-time visor; never far away, mistakes 5 out and 4 out, outpaced before next, rallied well from last; she ideally needs the emphasis more on stamina.

FILLE DES CHAMPS (IRE) wasn't seen to best effect in this slowly-run affair, even though she was up in trip; held up, took closer order after 4 out, not quicken between 3 out and 2 out, kept on, unsuited by the way the race developed; she's less exposed than the rest of these and is worth another chance.

COWSLIP ran respectably but, like last time, this wasn't a truly-run affair and she basically seems to be going through the motions; in touch, ridden before 3 out, one paced.
