resumed winning ways, a change of tactics proving key on the day, having the run of things, though it's worth remembering that he was capable of better still last winter, his very best form coming when ridden with restraint off a decent gallop; awkward leaving stalls but soon led, tackled home turn, kept on and all out to hold on; unlikely to go up much for this so will remain of interest.

upped in trip and on first outing since leaving A. & S. Botti, looked to be on a fairly high mark but ran a cracker making his debut on these shores, arguably a little unfortunate not to win given that he only lost out to one that had the run of things; in touch, took strong hold, ridden entering straight, kept on well final 1f, just failed; he's one to be interested in again.

ran well on first outing since leaving John Patrick Murtagh after 5 months off, this probably a career best in fact, though he was ideally positioned and his mark looks a bit harsh; close up, travelled fluently, every chance entering straight, one paced.

is better judged on previous form, poorly placed and little chance of getting involved the way this went; raced off the pace, shaken up home turn, kept on, never landed a blow; he's the sort to bounce back quickly.

overcame a steadily-run race last time but failed to meet expectations on this occasion, her trademark turn of foot missing, probably not helped by her failure to settle; mid-field, raced freely, chased leaders home turn, every chance over 1f out, effort flattened out; given previous impressions she's well worth another chance, particularly as it's still early days with this yard.
