produced just about a career-best effort to get off the mark for the season, though this wasn't a strong race and his future prospects will depend on how the handicapper reacts to this wide-margin victory; travelled well in mid-field, went second approaching home turn, led soon after 3 out, not fluent next, drew clear run-in.

This is unlikely to prove strong form; the front 3 were all ridden some way off the early pace, As de Fer and Si C'Etait Vrai taking each other on, which helped neither's cause, Cody Wyoming seeing off the challenge of the weak-finishing Wings of Smoke in the latter stages.

CODY WYOMING produced just about a career-best effort to get off the mark for the season, though this wasn't a strong race and his future prospects will depend on how the handicapper reacts to this wide-margin victory; travelled well in mid-field, went second approaching home turn, led soon after 3 out, not fluent next, drew clear run-in.
