back down in trip and returned to mares-only company, showed form as good as she's yet managed to resume winning ways, recording her second verdict of the season over Gitane du Berlais, outstaying/outbattling that rival after looking like she might come off second best; made all, jumped well, pushed along after 3 out, headed soon after last, found plenty to lead again near finish; she's likeable and will continue to give a good account, also worth another try at 3m at some point (sole try at that trip so far came in quite demanding company).

remains in form but had her chance and couldn't put away the resolute winner after getting to the front late on, maybe coming to the end of her tether stamina-wise, though this was her third odds-on defeat of the season and overall she hasn't looked quite the same horse this term as last, her win at Naas the time before perhaps not so good as it first looked; in touch (not asked to lead), travelled best, shaken up home turn, challenged next, led soon after last, edged out near finish.

had a bit to find and took a step back in the right direction, albeit not at her best; held up, not always fluent, headway 4 out, pushed along after next, left behind early in straight.

faced a stiff task and ran well on form, maybe even showing some improvement; handy, effort after 3 out, left behind home turn; her best winning chances will come back in handicaps, though there's a chance this does her mark some harm.

A new listed race for mares that only concerned the first 2 from the home turn, the all-the-way winner the stouter stayer and perhaps the more resolute of the pair.
