set a clear standard and didn't need to improve any more to complete a hat-trick, though impressed greatly in how he went about the job; chased leader, jumped well in main, travelled strongly, not fluent 2 out, led soon after, in command last, eased clear; his form as things stand is close to as good as there is among the juveniles so far and he's got all the attributes to hold his own in some good races.

A smallish field for this quite valuable juvenile and it was a straightforward task for the very useful favourite; the runner-up set no more than a fair gallop.

SCEAU ROYAL (FR) set a clear standard and didn't need to improve any more to complete a hat-trick, though impressed greatly in how he went about the job; chased leader, jumped well in main, travelled strongly, not fluent 2 out, led soon after, in command last, eased clear; his form as things stand is close to as good as there is among the juveniles so far and he's got all the attributes to hold his own in some good races.
