resumed winning ways after 5 weeks off, showing much improved form to score readily in the end; patiently ridden, headway over 3f out, led over 1f out, kept on well; he's bred to do better still, but has struggled with consistency so far.

stepped up on reappearance run despite again not being seen to best effect; mid-field but caught wide without cover and raced freely as a result, headway to challenge 2f out, unable to find extra when the winner kicked in the turbo; still lightly raced and is worth another chance.

ran creditably after 8 months off, shaping as if a stronger gallop would have suited, even stepping up in trip; held up, took strong hold, pushed along over 2f out, kept on; she had a fair bit of racing last year.

looked well in under a penalty, but was back on firmer ground and wasn't in the same form as last time, though best not judged on this run as not seen to best effect; chased leader, pushed along 3f out, lost place over 1f out, plugged on again late; he needs the emphasis more on stamina, dominating on softer ground at Ripon, and he's ready for a step up to 1¼m now.
