ENEMY LINES made a promising start when beaten only by the odds-on favourite at Doncaster last month and he can build on that effort to open his account. Blake's Lass also made an encouraging debut and could be the main danger, while Minster Boy appeals as an interesting newcomer.

EGYPTIAN PHARAOH is bred to be suited by this longer trip and sets the standard on his form for previous connections in Ireland. Cold Fish and Zabeel Small both arrive on the back of good placed efforts and appeal as potential improvers.

ANOTHER ABBOT looked better than ever when scoring at Yarmouth last time, form boosted by the runner-up since, and he is taken to follow up for his leading yard. He gets the vote ahead of Uncle Don, who has been shaping up well for Robert Cowell this season, with last year's winner of the race Durham Castle also in the mix.

SEA HER EXCEL built on a good effort in a strong Catterick race when winning at Wetherby earlier in the month and looks the most solid option on the back of a 6 lb rise. Rosieisme Darling and the class-dropping Solar Invincible are next on the shortlist.

An open-looking sprint which can go the way of OUR GUY, who proved a different proposition when scoring on handicap debut over C&D 6 weeks ago and with better to come, a 2 lb nudge doesn't look enough to stop him from following up. Akabusi can give him most to think about reunited with Saffie Osborne, with Marcellinus and Born Slippy another couple worthy of consideration, too.

Marginal preference in this tightknit handicap is for JIMMY MARK who shaped well when runner-up on return at Bath and can build on it returned to a longer trip and go one better. Mrembo and Seventy fought out a good finish over C&D recently and seem sure to go well again, while Victors Spirit can also play a prominent role now the headgear goes back on.

TOO HOT TO TANGO shaped well when a close third at Goodwood on handicap debut last month and with her latest effort easy to put a line through, Hughie Morrison's filly earns the vote to open her account. Heading up the opposition is Court of Stars, who has upped her game since sent handicapping, while Ziggy's Avenger got off the mark at Ripon recently and he's less exposed than most.

WISE AND WONDERFUL appeals as likely to be suited by the step up to 7f and gets the vote but she didn't run to that high a level on her debut and strong market support for newcomers Starlight Mirage and/or March Lilly would put a different slant on things.
