#2 Azarmin - Taree R4 (04:40)

Azarmin disappointed at Scone last time but she started awkwardly and is worth another chance. It's instead worth focusing on how strongly she came home to win at Tuncurry on her return, and she holds strong claims here.

#6 Fair Dinkum - Taree R6 (05:50)

Fair Dinkum returns from ten weeks off but he has won a couple of recent trials and has struck at the first attempt before, so a big effort is expected. Xiaoli's Ying has won her last two starts, both over this distance, and provides the chief threat.

#5 Siesta Key - Taree R7 (06:25)

Siesta Key looked set to strike at Scone last time but was overhauled close home and had to settle for second. She is entitled to come on for that effort and looks to have an obvious chance. Star Alibi is interesting on her return and is high on the shortlist.
